After a normal and much needed nights sleep (with a lie in thrown in) I was beginning to feel human again, I got up and got fresh and then went downstairs in the hostel, shortly after Jordan and James also came down stairs with beach gear in hand, I asked if I could join and they were more than happy I did, had a quick bite to eat and we made the 15 minute walk to the beach, it was super hot today and a little breeze to cool you down so was perfect, we played a little bit of basketball next to muscle beach and then hit up Venice beach, I lied down and caught some sun which resulted in me dozing off for a little bit, we then braved it and decided to get in the water, it was freaking cold! We only stayed in a little bit but it was really refreshing, got back to our towels and dried off, a bit more towards the evening we headed back to the hostel and made dinner before watching a couple episodes of GOT on tv followed by a film, when the film was done I called it quits and hit the hay for the evening.
