Phillip & Lucy's Travel Blog
During the remainder of our time in the Glacier region we walked up to Fox Glacier and then around nearby Lake Matheson, unfortunately it was too overcast to see the reflection of Mt. Cook in the water but it was a nice walk anyway.
The Glacier region is a little remote and it took several hours to travel over the Southern Alps and down to Wanaka. We have explored here and been to Puzzle World, a crazy place with a maze that Lucy & I got stuck in for hours!
The weather seems to be improving so we are going to head down to Queenstown. Lucy is still trying to persuade herself to jump out of a plane at 15,000ft. is a good idea!
