This morning here we headed to the Cardinia Reservoir where we stopped briefly besides the reservoir for a photo and managed to see a few wild kangaroos scattered around the bushes close to the water. Then we drove around to the park where we all played like big kids (especially me) on the slides and swings. Of course, all for Megan's benefit!

On the way back from the park this morning we stopped off at Mordialloc beach, which is the closest beach to Karen and Dave’s house. I know that the weather today wasn’t the best but I can see how nice it must be to live right beside the beach and only 10 minutes drive away. I guess Melbourne is closely becoming my favourite city. All I need now is to appreciate it with some sunshine and I am told it does get sunny here most of the time, I am just not that lucky, but I did arrive during their winter/spring time.
