We decided on an afternoon at The Beach Club, la Rose des Vents, a private beach and services. Although we were very careful not to get burned, plenty of sun screen and shaded by parasols, the temperature was over powering. We had a swim in the sea to cool off but the damage had been done, I think my body thermometer got its knickers in a twist and I am sure I got a touch of heat exhaustion. Phew, still alive! An uneventful breakfast which was a bit of a free for all over the buffet style layout.
