Before heading to Railey Beach, a place that the Thai's I met highly recommended to me, I spent a night in Krabi as I didn't arrive there until 2100hrs and I really couldn't be bothered to do anymore travelling that day.  The next day I got up pretty early at 9 o clock (this is early for me) and got a long tailed boat, which took 45 minutes, to Railey beach with a bloke from Israel (they're a strange bunch of people they are) whom I met the night before.  There are two sides to Railey Beach.  On east side where I was staying the beach is a muddy mangrove forest unsuitable for swimming.  The east side has an upside though.  This was the place where all the bars were and it wasn't deserted like Koh Phangan was!!  I think I might have gone mad if I couldn't find anyone to get drunk with!!  On the west side of Railey is completely different ball game.  Spectacular landscape, stunning beaches, crystal clear waters and most importantly...........................................hot, hot women!!!

So, I had 2 days here to top up my tan a bit more and enjoy the night life.  During the days I made my way to the 'west side' and spent my time lying in the sun and swimming in the sea and in the evenings I met up with random people at random bars and proceeded to consume vast amounts of alcohol and play cards and connect 4 with the the bar staff and other randoms.  All in all it was pretty random.
