We're hanging out in Kampala the capital of Uganda for the next few days. We are staying right in the city centre next to the fresh produce markets. This town never sleeps! The locals eat dinner late and party all night. The traffic is insane and you really put your life in your hands trying to cross the street. We have found the best way to get across the street is with a local and hope for the best. There are no traffic rules everyone for themselves! WE are eating very well. Huge variety of food - indian, chinese, local cuisine. The portions are huge and the waiters always ask if we didn't like it because we can never finish our plates. We are having fun, getting used to the constant harrassment from the locals (cath's hair stands out!) and trying not to die from the heavily polluted air!
