Now we get to a busy day... Bergen. The ship is docked in an industrial area so you have to take a bus into the center of town. We hop off and make a beeline for the funicular. The Floibanen funicular takes you up to the top of Mt. Floyen. We find it easy enough, walk up to the ticket window to buy our tickets and walk on the next car. Olden has the edge of the birkenstal Glacier touching it. This is one of the largest glaciers in Europe so we have to go see it. We hop on a bus and head to the park. By this time we are recognizing a lot of the same faces from our other hikes. Our guide gets on the PA and gives us the history of the glacier. The next day brings us to Molde. Today is kind of a slow down day for us. Ryan isn't feeling well so he stays on board while Chris and I go into the town. A quaint town reknown for its roses. We arrive at Alesund ready to hit the road early. It is foggy and misty but hopefully it will burn off.
