Our last day we met the kid and walked across the street to Central City Mall for lunch. I tell you, Mall of America would look puny compared to the malls we saw in Asia. Huge doens't cover it; try sprawling! And they have everything and anything you could want to but, do or use. Silly as it may seem, we ate at Pizza Hut. Korean Pizza is loaded with veggies and very good. Yes, pepperoni and mushrooms were available too. We headed back to the Hotel and said our good byes, promising to get together when the kids come back to the US for school. We left the hotel around 2:30pm Monday afternoon Korean Time. By the time we flew back to LA, barely made our connection to Phoenix, got our bags, got the dogs from the kennel and got home... it was 2:30pm Monday afternoon Phoenix Time. Now that was one hell of a long day!
Overall, I'd go back to both Hong Kong and Korea again, but I'd spend more time in both places. This trip was mainly for meeting the family's of the girls who have become a part of our family over the last five years. I think spring or fall would be a good time, never around Christmas again! I like my snow only visible in the distance.
