After our chaotic travel day, the last two days in Limburg have been relaxing. We have slept in both days until 9. Yesterday afternoon, Rick and Alison picked us up and took us to their flat where the family had all congregated. That evening we all went out for a Spanish dinner and a stroll along the Lahn.

We had planned to all meet this morning but plans changed and many people headed off early to return home. We met up with Andreas, Beatte, Rick, Alison and Megan to explore the town and have lunch. We ate at a very old German restaurant in the old centre. All of the old, half-timbered buildings are crooked and sagging in places but it is very cool to think they were built in the 17th century! After lunch, we had ice cream and then had to say good-bye to Andreas and Beatte.
