lol, so anyway, last nite was pouring with rain but still decided to go to a bar and see how it was, the result was v empty cos of the rain so came back to guest house and actualyl collapsed on the bed at like 11, was that tired
this morning woken by the sounds of torrential rainfall, more than ive ever experience apart from once in india so thought id have a lie in!Then went to collect me visa and had wander round a couple of markets
oh yeah bifg story today is i saw MONKEYS!!Real ones adam, not ones like you.
Yup, they were all over the wat phnom (founding hill of this city) and they were sooo cute!and hairy, they must be boiling, cant see why htey are tropical creatures, think god was having a laugh, with their silly long tails that are ideal for swinging them round and round like a hammer in the olympics, boy thats bad, i am only joking-i didnt try that!saw a couple of them sneak up and grab food from carrier bags next to people sitting down and then actually opening the packets to eat what was inside, amazing, sneaky b******s!
Oh and also i forgot to mention i had skinned frogs at Siam Reap, they were tiny little balls of meat which had been stuffed with spices and stuff.started with legs, ok, then body ok ish tho didnt touch bones, but the wworst part was that you could actually see the tiny little hand bones, EWWW!!
Just tasted like spiced generic meat, nothing special!!but another thing i can tick off, as well as ultra smelly fermented fish paste prahoc
meals are comiong in at about one dollar each here and accomodation is about three dollars a night.the most expnsive thing aside from visas and admission fees ius the transport, they are rip offs!v annoying!
have been trying to eat in teh proper local hauints but the problem is no one speajkks english so licking my lips while rubbing my tummy is the closest i have come to saying give me tasty food!hasnt gone too far wrong so far tho...
as for chastioty belt yiota, i think you will find its all visula observation, much like david attenborough!there is likely to be very little interation since i fancy no0one here!plus im still in love with sumone from home, yes anie its you!
heading for ho chi min sity tomoro at 7 in the 7 in the morning, yet another early staert, grr
was looking to try grilled tarantulas here, apparently thats popular in cambodia but think it must be in rural places since i havent had the pleasure of seeign them yet, tho i have seen all manner of cerap being grilled and called food including hens feet
