Another stopover town. On the banks of the river Uraguay with Argentina on one side and Uraguay on the other. It is a sleepy little town with not much of an attraction for your average tourist in low season so the accomodation prices are high. With us booked into the cheapest we could find, it was time to hit the beach to top up our fast fading tans and then soak away any stresses and strains in the thermal pools in preperation for our arrival in Buenos Aries the next day.
