Said goodbye to Tan today. My flatmate has now left to go and work with his dad so now there is just the two of us in the office!

Although wasn't really in office today but instead spent the whole afternoon today at a sauna! Was strange to spend so long there but its like a full day event for Thai people as sauna is only open at weekends.

Was really busy too and women all cover themselves in this yellow mush thing apparently its good for the skin! I think it was made from grounded up ginger as kinda smelled like that! I reluctantly agreed to let them put this yucky looking stuff on the bottom of my legs and some on my arm as wasn't wanting it all over my clothes (no swimming suit for sauna here had to be fully dressed!) so after spending a good few hours in sauna went to wash the yellow gloop off and turns out it doesn't come off easy! As a result I now look like am morphing into an extra from the Simpsons! As I have yellow patches all over my legs and arm! Have tried even scrubbing in shower and it does not budge! Have no idea when it will fade am hoping very soon haha.

After sauna went a look around a new shopping complex that has just opened as it was opening weekend was mobbed with people all wanting to be nosy and see what was new turns out its now different to the other supercentres that line the street haha although did have good smelling donuts!! haha

Think tonight will be watching movie and early night as heading to Cambodia tomorrow!!!
