We got a new MiFi hub for our car. We can have up to 5 computers at one time as I drive. Jimmy is typing for me as I finish our last hour of a 10 hour drive... He would rather be playing Dragon Age: Origins on his computer, but he is being a good son and keeping his mom awake.
We had planned to get started at 8 am, but we finally were ready to leave at 9:30. With everyone loaded up, and Grandma, Pop, and big Jimmy waving goodbye,we discovered that the lights on the trailer did not work. Many phone calls, many gallons of sweat, one fuse, and for hours later, we hit the road.
We originally plan to make it to Louisiana today, but changed to Pensacola due to the technical difficulties. Now wondering if we should have changed to Tallahassee.
On the road, hopefully early, to Austin TX tomorrow to see long-time friends Mark and Cassandra! It is tempting to go to the beach in Pensacola tomorrow morning. However, the beach is 25 minutes from out hotel in the wrong direction. While it is interesting to see the first tar balls in Florida, it is too far out of the way. Besides, we will probably have tar balls all over Florida for a long time to come.

Daddy ...that's "FOUR" hours later, not "FOR". And yes, World. It was my fault.
