Journal brought to you by Sophie
Â
Well we got up late and spent the whole day lazing around. No joke. We got up at about 11 (!), even the cleaners had been in at that point, and then had breakfast.  It was at this point Tami discovered someone had nicked her sunglasses.  I couldn?t believe it. She is now actually on her millioneth pair.  It is so ridiculous.  We met Chris and his friend (eena???) and then went to content Tami with buying another pair of sunglasses.  There was an offer on of BOGOF. We told her to take advantage of this and buy some immediately.  She bought two pairs. She had also managed to lose a flip flop somewhere along the way (I tell you she is worse than me.  I have lost two pairs of prescription glasses ? on of which couldn?t be helped, some shampoo and conditioner and a room key.  That is it. She is on the 888th pair of sunglasses, flipflops, a top, an eyeliner sharpener, some clothes and other stuff.  She has finally overtaken me. I am glad because I was getting worried.  I had a huge list of stuff that I had lost but I found 90% at a later date.)so we had to buy her some new ones.  Eventually we made it to the man made lagoon at Airlie, which is so cool and we spent the whole afternoon there with Chris and his friend, two people we had met in 1770 called Nicky and Simon and the Irish boys. It was so much fun and the water was perfect swimming temperature.  After that fun filled afternoon we spent the evening with Chris, his friend, Nicky, Simon and Lea playing cards and then all of them went to bed except me and Lea.  We went over to the other hostel so she could meet up with her English lover boy and then I spent the evening in the pubs with the Irish boys.  It was all good fun and I managed another 5am in the morning finish. I am so going to survive at uni! Lazy day but all fun and games.
