Yesterday we had our wine tour - sorry we didn't get on our blog!!
We had to get up quite early and get on the Groovy Grape bus to The Borossa Valley. We got to see the world's largest rocking horse, it was big and didn't rock!!
We went to the whispering wall which is a damn.
Then we got started on the wine!! We went to Jacob's Creek and got to taste lots of lovely wine. The valley was beautiful and winery was gorgeous, they even hold weddings there. We were tipsy by about 11am! We then headed to the second winery, this was smaller and not quite as nice but obviously we still tried all the wine! The third winery was Richmond Grove and we had a bit of a tour round and it was haunted, although we didn't get proof of this - thank God! This again was nice.
We stopped for lunch. We were both very brave and had kangaroo - it was lovely!
The forth winery was good and had chocolate, can't remember much else!
Today we went to the Migration Museum and the Haigh's chocolate factory - the second was better although we didn't get any samples, how rude!! We sat in the park in the sun eating cookies for most of the afternoon.
Tomorrow we leave to go to Canberra on the Greyhound - look out Kylie's family!
