Last day in Thailand. Today's the day you do your last minute shopping and your favourite things in Thailand. So, we went to the mall/market and picked up some last minute items. It was lots of fun because the 3 of us were trying not to exchange any more money and try to end up with zero Thai dollars. We have been very busy the past couple of days. On Friday we walked to Chinatown and had dim sum there. We walked around there and then back to the hotel for a dip in the pool. We are in transit today to Bangkok. We arranged a driver and insisted he take the highway instead of the winding "shortcut" roads through town. It was still a long drive, but much more pleasant. We sat at the pool in the morning and then decided to eat some street food for lunch. Wah, wah, waaahhh, its only open Saturday's and Sunday's. Ok, I guess ice cream will do. Jody and I went for a long walk on the beach and stopped at a few little shops on the way back. We had a Thai dinner-shrimp and lobster pizza. It was delicious.
