Slept like the dead last night. Leisurely morning and small breakfast of fruit and yogurt. We went to the dojo to meet everybody and then go to one of my favourite restaurants (Sakai) for sushi lunch. Today is our 35th wedding anniversary. Spent it by going to karate this morning for the last day of training. 10-11 was Sensei Linda's turn to do the warm up and it was one of the most difficult we have ever done. Everybody was warmed up and there were a lot of puddles of sweat on the floor. Yuck! Sensei told us later that she knows everybody is stiff and tired and it helps to start off really sweating. Did the 10-11 session this morning with the whole group. In depth instruction of the warm up moves with Sensei Torben from Denmark. Second session was with Sensei Tata from Argentina.
