13th July 2013 - spent the morning in at the hotel and then just took it easy before heading out for a couple hours of shopping near the historical centre of Lima. 12th July 2013 - had a slight sleep in as we aren't leaving the hotel till 9am to transfer to the airport. It was about an hour drive to the airport. We arrived with plenty of time and they don't have a baggage scanning system so you have to open your bags and have them inspected by people before checking in. 11th July 2013 - woke up early thanks to the natural light and animals got dressed. We then went down and enjoyed a pancake for breakfast and some mint tea. 10th July 2013 - enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel before catching a bicycle taxi to the port on the edge of lake titicaca. We caught the boat "royal Caribbean". After an hour of sailing we arrived at the Uros islands. These are the floating reed islands . We arrived at one of the small islands and jumped off the boat for a visit.
