Today we had our tickets booked to go up the mountain in the gondola and the luge rides down! It was quite strange being in a gondola without any snow or ski's! From the top there was great views of the mountains and lake but we were really there for the luge ride! Something a little less scary they are basically go karts without the engine or sheets of plastic with handle bars that you pull back to brake and steer like a bike! We had really good fun, they have 3 levels of track with steep hills and hair pin bends! Really cool idea, our money making scheme was to take them to Fuerte down the mountain there! You take a chair lift back up to the tracks and instead of the usual glove being dropped below there was a flip flop! Olof stopped at one of the rest stops to take a picture of me coming down then decided to take a picture of himself while he was going along and managed to crash!
