Hello everyone, Had a quiet morning this morning reading a book in the youth hostel lounge as the weather turned a bit colder and windy. I walked into town at lunchtime to catch my bus to Glasgow. The town was buzzing as it was the final of shinty between Port William and Inverary-an ancient Highland game (a bit like aerial hockey-sounds a bit dangerous to me!!) Had a good bus trip to Glasgow with good views of Loch Lomond. Got to Glasgow late this afternoon and it was quite pleasant-no wind and mild. I'm staying at the youth hostel here and met a family from Christchurch while making dinner-nice to have a chat to them. Tomorrow I head down to Tarbert-I'm not sure how much access I'll have to the internet there but I'll try and write something here at least once a week for the next couple of weeks. Let's hope the weather is dry at least some of the time so I can get some good work done in the garden the Taylors of Daisy cottage!.... love, Sonia
