Hi Everyone

We're in Las Vegas at the moment.  This is an amazing place, the hotels and Casino's are fantastic.  Water fountain shows, light shows, white tigers in the Lobby's, Dolphin shows in hotels.  It's crazy, there are so many things to do on just one 2 mile strip.

In San Francisco we went to Alcatraz, we went to Lombard Street which is the crookiedest street in the world, went to the Pier and had some Bubba Gump shrimp in a Bubba Gump Shrimp restaurant.  San Francisco is great, bery hilly though so it knackers you out walking around.

We travelled to Yosemite National Park after San Fran - this was a long drive but the scenery is amazing - i thought the Lake District was nice but it has nothing on the Yosemite National Park - its beautiful.  We were camping in the National Park and therefore has to learn about Bear Proofing our campsite - i was quite scared becuase our tour leader kept telling us stories our bear attacks but i think this was just to make us more wary.  Ant and I hired a bike for the free day in Yosemite and cycled around the 18 mile bike trail - it was really nice and relaxing, we saw some Coyotes, chipmunks and ground squirrels but no Bears. 

It was really cold at night in Yosemite but once we got a camp fire going and snuggled into our sleeping bags we were ok.

We then drove here to Las Vegas and arrived yesterday.  Our tour leader has put us in a double room - the rest of the group are all in triples so are having to share but we are the only couple on the trip so i think he felt sorry for us!

A Hummer Limo tour was arranged last night and it was fantastic - took us down the strip and watched soime of the light shows, then we all went off and did our own thing.  We went to The New York New York casino and played some roulette, then we went over to the MGM Grand casino and played some more - we were $110 up so quit while we were ahead and went to the Coyote Ugly bar where all the women were dancing on the Bar - it was FAB.
