Monday 23rd June Cruising Gulf of Alaska

We got up at 9.35am and missed breakfast in the dining room so we headed to the 11th Floor which is open all day for meals. It was much more casual in this restaurant and there was a greater variety of food because it was buffet style. Pete signed up for a trivia beer tasting later on in the afternoon. Pete teamed up with Keith and Lance from our tour and Tim who was an American - their team was "Thinking Fluid". They made it to the final four and lost on "What are the five ingredients in Beer". They said Sugar instead of Barley. We met up with Lee and Tony at the Ocean Bar for happy hour at 4pm, buy one drink and get the sane second drink for $1. At 6pm we moved to the MIX Bar for Happy Hour - same deal buy on drink and get the same second drink for $1. The MIX Bar had trivia at 6pm nightly, we formed a team with Lee and Tony but never won. We had dinner with Lee and Tony at the Lido on the 11th Floor. We headed down to the showroom and the Captain had a welcome toast at 8.15pm. At 9.30pm we went to the Crows Nest on the 12th Floor for the 50's night with Amber and the Hellcats. Finished up in the Casino on our way back to our room.
