Northern NSW coast is amazing! We love Corinidi Beach and is the perfect start to our trip.

After setting up yesterday, we took our drinks and sat on the grassy headland, on the cliffs high above Corindi Beach. With the gulls hovering on the thermals and dusk just starting to fall it was the perfect backdrop to our first night's camp and four days looking for surf at Arrawarra and maybe Safety Beach.   No luck this morning though – wind too strong, not much swell and pretty crappy really. So, a lazy morning for me while Bill adjusted the towing hitch on the Jeep.   Mmmm we are a bit heavy – I mean the caravan you rude lot, so now we have a better clearance.

Roadworks are everywhere on the Pacific Highway with massive road upgrades and new roads for miles. It will be amazing when completed.
