Tuesday 5th July easy drive from Cooktown up to Kalpowar Campground where we camped on the Bizant River. Chris, Michael and I all had a crack at catching Barra for dinner however it was not to be. Survived the croc infested camp site and rolled into Cooktown about 10am. Had to replace a battery in the car first up then went looking around historic Cooktown when I stumbled across the Telstra exchange. Gee I miss work... NOT. High tide in 20mins so might pull out the fishing rods and try to catch some lunch. Life is good. :-)
