Hi,

I caught the minibus to Pai this morning and it has been raining here all day! When it rains in Pai all the electricity (or elect-s***-ity as the locals call it) cuts off so in a town where there is nothing to do it makes it so that there is literally NOTHING to do. Its crazy. All the restuarants are packed with English people drinking tea and reading.

Theres a thai guy who works in a bar here called Ting Tong and I made friends with him last time and this place is so small that I was here 5 minutes before I saw him again. I sat in a bar with him and some of his friends for a few hours and they were laughing at all the English people everywhere. I was explaining to them that it is always too hot to drink tea normally so we have to drink as much as we can while it's cool.

I'm not sure what I'm doing for the rest of the day, I definitely need to stock up on candles because I don't think the electricity will be on for much longer because the lights keep on turning off in this internet cafe. I'm scared to wash my hair because I won't be able to dry it, dilemna!!

I'm thinking I'll do a foot massage course while I'm here or I might go crazy just reading books and drinking tea all day long!
