We drove from Injune to Takarakka Bush Resort at Carnarvon Gorge. Our first paid camping but it is the only option around to Carnarvon NP and it is a really nice camp ground. We went on a short walk to the Rock Pools today. It is a nice spot but didn't see any turtles or platypuses that are in the area. Liam is whinging in the car even with a movie on and a full belly. Poor Zach is covering his ears not wanting to hear it so I offer him the headphones to listen to his movie. It's a long drive today because there isn’t much to see between destinations but we manage to make it to our free camp at Injune’s Rodeo Showgrounds. It isn’t very exciting but has good facilities and is just a stop to get where we want to be.

After last minute packing we managed to drive out at 10am. First stop was the weigh bridge to see what weight we are pulling. Total weight was 4760kg with the trailer being 1800kg.
