Friday morning was a relatively early start. I was off to Ramsay St. To see the home of Neighbours! im sorry but it had to be done while i was there and had nothing better to do! it was pretty cool and actuallyr eally interesting to see how much stuff they use around them to save on filming expenses! Very clever director if you ask me, althuogh no way i will be able to watch it in the same light, knowing just how small it all is and how close everything is together! That afternoon i took the opportunity of being on my own to go to the MCG and this time have a proper look around! going into the actual ground, i did stand on the pitch (althuogh right on the edge hehe) and looked thruogh the changing rooms! was interesting hearing how the warm up areas and changing rooms change depending on if its cricket for 'footy' (Aussie Rules) being catered for.
That evening as i couldnt decide what to do i ventured to the Crown entertainment complex and noticed a good deal on 'lazer quest', having nothing better to do i payed and went in for 3 games! was a good laugh! first game i was 5th out of 30 second 2nd out of 20 and 3rd game i came 1st out of 15! as there were so few people they have me carry on playing! so got 6 games for the price of 2 which was pretty cool! so i was glad to do that!

Saturday morning i had a pretty chilled out start to the day before venturing over to the Aquarium! it was pretty cool in there but i guess having seen all the 'big exciting' animals in the wild they seemed pretty tame behind thick glass but i did have to go see it while i was there! I then caught a tram down to St. Kilda a small region i had been told i must go visit. A first glance i was thinking how was i going to spend time here but by the end i almost missed the tram i had to catch! A nice walk along the beach and down the pier allowing me to see some huge jelly fish and some native penguins hiding in the rocks!

That evening i payed and went into the MCG, this time to watch an AFL game! it was interesting that you can go in and sit anywhere, so i naturally went and sat right near pitch side! pretty good choice! was really cool match to see live and i definately taught myself even more rules! although that was a time i really would have like to be with someone i knew!

That finished quite late so didnt have much to do apart from go back to hostel, pack and go to sleep! The adventures i write about in the next blog are quite exciting, and well funny really!
