Hey Everyone. How are things? Going good here in Kyoto. It's not nearly as good as Tokyo, but it's not too bad. Spent the first day with Pam and Amanda. We went to see the famous Kikakuji Temple (Golden Pavilion) which is in the picture above, very cool. Then headed to the imperial palace which was closed (Sunday ) but had a walk round the grounds, then to Nijo Castle which had some great gardens. Hey people. Last day in Tokyo was OK. After 2 hours sleep, I checked out but left my baggage at the hostel. Headed to Shibuya - Busy shopping area with a place called Shibuya crossing - when the green man comes on a surge of people cross the road, it's mental.
