Hi every one

Sorry for not being in touch for a while we have been so busy, I have so Much to update you on but my time is just running out in the internet cafe!!!

WE are in Port Douglas up in Queensland where the weather is beautiful it is degrees min every day. we fly up on st April but almost did not!! we left Jacks and allowed our selves 1hour 1/2 to make the 40 -50 mintues drive we thought we would avoid the toll road and free way as they would be really busy and go the back way!! big mistake, we got stuck in loades of traffic, we got to the airport dumped the car and had to run drop off our bags, luckey I checked us in online the day before but we had 5 mintues before the bag drop off closed !! but we made it just in time. Talk about April Fools!!!

The flight was ok got to Cairns and we jumped onto the shuttle bus and taken to our apartments, they are the Freestyle apartments on davidson street so only a 10 minute walk to the main street or the beach, when we checked in the lady took us to the apartment and started singing happy birthday to me , I though what a nutter!! but when I walked in I could see why My beautiful best friend Jo had arranged a amazing hamper of fruits and cookies and jams for my birthday and a great card, I did have to flight back the tears a bit.
