Chiang Mai

We cheated a bit and flew from LP to Chiang Mai. Very bumpy flight in a tiny little plane that felt like it was going to fall apart. Only an hour, but still managed to fit in a meal.

Met up with Jill, who's living and working here now. Soooo goood to see a face from home, as we're both missing you all lots. She's been brilliant letting us stay with her and pointing us in the direction of a great tour agent. Sorted visas for Vietnam, a cooking course, Elephant Trek, Thai Boxing and lots of market shopping. Should be a busy few days here, before bussing down to Bangkok for flight to Vietnam.
