just thought i'd check in and say hi, just been catching up on your journals, seems you've been getting lazy! the pics look awesome though. hope you're having a good time in australia. although i am still incredibly jealous, i feel a little better because i'm going on holiday tomorrow! went to gran canaria in june with the uni girls and now off to kefalonia for a week with the boyfriend (hehe, how unlike me is this, jesus!)
just had the last week off work too but the weather's been crappy so wasn't impressed, i bet it'll be glorious next week when i'm not there. but it's just been nice to have time of work and stay in bed till lunchtime and not have to worry about deadlines.
sarah's been in new zealand with will for the last month and had a really good time, and is now working in a factory on a conveyor belt pulling the stalks out of blueberries and getting the crap off leeks to earn some cash!!
and laura is still at the environment agency - not bad for couple of months temporary work that started in feb!
i'm still on the shrews chron, they haven't moved me to powys yet!
and as you can imagine, life is pretty much as mundane as ever in shropshire, although i was gutted that i couldn't make the tiddly cider festival - again!
anywho, take care of yourself and enjoy the ozzie life!

winky post some banter, im not impressed with your recent lack of messages, is woodsy slowly taking your message board over? is palace moving in on villa teritory? wheres martin oneil when u need him? hope alls going well mate, life at home is a bit boring- havent lashed for a while im on the old soda water and limes. rugby season has nearly started + am unsure if bath could do any worse than the last couple of seasons but the last thing i need to do is tempt fate. am gonna get myself down to the rec and give the opposition a tirade of abuse- we all need to do our part. have u met any lady boys yet? always check out the adama apple!

G'Day mate, touched down in sydney and its frecking freezing! Its comparable to a late autumn back in the UK (rain included) - not happy! However, when it hit xmas sydney is meant to be one of the hottest places to be!
So staying in a hostel in kings cross. Kings cross is somewhat a seedy area of sydney, where the numerous backpackers share the area with hookers and tramps. its a weird site but this place is full of life. From my hostel terrace i can see sydney habour bridge and the opera house. It was at this point that i felt i had made it & my dreams had been realised! STRUTH...IM LIVING IN BLOODY SYDNEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Had my first scooner last night, then another, then another! Their too small, your constantly at the bar! Give me a pint anyday!

Rumour has it that Nathan Bird is favourite to take over the job. Bird who is soon to be a man with MSc after his name seems the obvious choice to take over and install some much needed attitude into the dressing room. The fans seem delighted with this likely appointment, and now feel the dream of a 19th place finish in the premiership 06/07 is now a realistic proposition.
In other news Saints lose to the mighty beastleigh eastleigh, but strike back today with the signing of Pele! Surely the Saints will prove unstopable in the Chamnpionship this year as they aim to leapfrog the dire premiership sides such as Portsmouth and Villa.
I started my new fitness regime tonight... went for a swim, must have done at least 5 25 metre lengths in 45 mins! Well happy with myself so rewarded myself with 4 pints and some extra potrato salad! When i weigh myself in the morning i think im gonna be back to my fighting weight!

Hi all, sorry for being lazy & not updating my site recently. Since thailand ive travelled through malyasia and onto singapore. Will let you know how they went later. Although your be pleased to know ive uploaded some photos and shall be putting even more up soon!
However now the time has come for me to depart the wonderful continent of (south east) asia and head down under for sydney! Have to say its been an amazing experience, & im glad i decided to travel here for as long as i have. Ive met some awesome ppl along the way and seen some amazing countries, & yet i feel theres still so much more i want to see here. Its this gut feeling that will no doubt bring me back here once again.
Anyway new shores beckon, but this time without my wing man! Stat eyes forever woodsy!!! We've had a truely amazing time travelling together and i will miss ya buddy! However rummor have it i may well be seeing the kid (in sydney) in not the far too distance future. Bring it on!!!!!
Well better go and catch this flight of mine! With the astronomical prices for alcohol here (SINGAPORE), ive been saving myself for the free onboard alcohol.
years ago they sent ppl to australia, however after that backfiring maybee a year at villa park could be worse? banter. however i did read an article in the paper regarding doug ellis being unprepared to be the sort of chairman that villa need. apparently a lack of ambition?
