(April 1st) This weekend the uni boys came from far and wide to decend on the seventh wonder of the world that is shrewsbury. Was an awesome weekend and much fun and banter was enjoyed. Started off with a cheeky little tour of the surrounding areas in the beetle cab, blasting out some of my mums tunes (journey south etc). After a few stellas and a chilli (prepared by mrs newsome) were comsumed, the boys decided a kick about in the garden was needed. The football played was of a standard recognisable only to brazil, with luke having to perform like buffon in goal to keep us at bay. In town met up with friends from home and a couple of random teenages (say no more)! Ended up in liquid and danced the night away with Duncan performing his usual bamby on ice routine. Sunday was an emotional fairwell with adi refusing to leave unless he had \'take thats\' greatest hits to comfort him on the long journey back to southampton. So a big thankyou to everyone from uni and shrewsbury who made it out....was well appreciated and a bloody good send off! cheers x
