Today we went a bit further abroad and managed to get down to the Tower of London. Chris enjoyed his birthday present and we spent a few hours looking at the Crown Jewels, seeing the torture chambers, and looking out over London Bridge (thank god it did not fall down - my fair lady).

By then things were warming up in London and we hit a high of 34 only to get a bit warmer as the day goes on.

So we went to Leicester Square (monopoly again) and booked a show which unfortunately was booked out so we locked it In for Friday night. We have heard rave reviews about the Book of Morman so the three of us will be enjoying that later in the week. Also took the opportunity to look around m&m world (4 stories!!!) it smelt amazing and surprisingly we left empty handed.

We then made our way to Notting Hill!! It was a magical time in my life. I fulfilled another life long dream and stood outside the house with the blue door and had my picture taken! Unfortunately Hugh must've been busy as he did not make an appearance :( we then browsed the Portobella Road markets and went into Kensington Park Gardens.

It's been a busy day so time to head back to Tooting have a drink and relax for tomorrow's epic day at Legoland.
