We left Florianopolis for Montevideo (with a quick stop at Porto Allegre, although I didn´t leave the bus station, ha ha!!) on the Thurday (my birthday). The girls all surprised me with 23 chocolate truffles, balloons and candles at the bus station, ha ha!! We rrived in Montevideo the next da adn went for a look around the town. Its much nicer than we expected actually, its pretty cool!! We saw "Father Uraguay" (an allegedly famous statue...ha ha!!). Then that evening we went out to an indie/rock n roll bar that we fond which was really good, although we didn´t stay late.
