The last couple of days in Hervey Bay passed pretty uneventfully. We spent most of it asleep! Apart from a case of the bed bugs in the ajoining room; which meant we had to move rooms and rewash the clothes we'd washed the day before! We arrived in Hervey Bay on Friday morning after another huge overnight journey from Mackay. Believe it or not, it was really sunny! We decided that we shouldn't just go to bed like we usually do and that we'd go to the beach and have a constructive tanning day.
