Well im leaving today after a month in a beautiful beautiful country - i want to come back already and ive not even left. i will try and update this when i get to the airport and have time to kill if not more photos and entries of what ive been up to this last week wll be posted on my return to the shores of Great Britanica (which i hear is raining - much like Rio right now!) In short though, since i left Ilha Grande Ive been to another mountain town with the intention of going to the national park - which i did - but then it rained, like a tropical rain, fun. needless to say after getting drenched (and rescued by some french lady!) i left there and went to a beach town up the coast from Rio called Buzios. Gorgeous! Spent 2 days there then returned to Rio yesterday for my last night out in Lapa before getting a few hours sleep and getting up to go to the airport. at least its not sunny today - that would have made it all the more heartbreaking to leave!! Well to Brazil I say "Adeus!" but hopefully not for long.
