Can`t remember when I last updated everyone but i`m now in Byron Bay and have here since Wednesday I think.
Weather`s been pretty s***ty but we`ve had a bit of sun.
We`re currently staying in a hostel for free, we`re being the sly foxes and going round the system (edward would be proud of my saving techniques- i learnt from the best), so far so good.
We went surfing yesterday and chelsey managed to nearly break her foot, so we had to go to the hospital for the second time in one week! The foot seems to be better now, but I`m sure this isn`t the end to Chelsey`s accident prone ways.
We were reunited with with our Swedish friends who we woke up at 8am in the morning by running into their rooms and jumping on them- which they were thrilled with. anddd we are now staying in the same hostel as the French Canadian Jay who we also met in Fiji. They are some real loons in this hostel- crazy italians!
Last night at about 3am there was a tsunami warning for this morning. So everyone went wild and started packing their bags frantically and making crazy plans to live in the mountains. Needless to say these plans didn`t follow through and there was no tsunami, much to everyones dissapointment.
Today we all went to Nimbin, which is a crazy hippy town. We had a weird tour bus, which was pretty much like a rollercoasting for the whole time anddd we saw a MASSIVE lizard who was trying to eat a kookubara.
Loving Byron Bay, could easily stay here for months on end. However, we`re leaving to go to Fraser Island soon.
