Bula everyone! We finally made it, after a gruelling 22 hour plane journey. The first flight to LA was horrific- sooo much turbulance I genuinely thought it was the end of my short life. The second, however was lovely- we got to sit upstairs- wow!!! When we got to the hostel, they hadn't booked us in, so after waiting a while we got upgraded to a 6 dorm room (with a fridge, tv, aircon, bathroom THE WORKS) rather than a 34 bed dorm. Nice.
