Today we awoke to more rocking. Last night we both took more medication for seasickness because we heard today was going to be rough and...it was! We finally got out into the ocean about midnight last night and that is when the rocking began. We boarded the ship today in Norfolk, VA. Mom and Dad dropped us off at Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center Port. The faculty and staff were allowed to basically drive up to the door with our bags where we were greeted by friendly staff that collected our bags to deliver them to our cabin. We have arrived in Chesapeake, VA, which is just outside of Norfolk, VA where we will board the MV Explorer tomorrow. We have had a great time traveling with the Snows who have driven us all the way from Murphy, NC. Tomorrow, the faculty and staff will board between 1pm and 3pm and then we will sail at 5:00pm.
