So. It's been a little over a month since i returned from my big adventure abroad and just kind of wanted to conclude this blog and end this chapter of my life. Since being home there has been a huge adjustment obviously. I have consistent running water, a variety of food options and a car to drive me where ever i want, which has been awesome. so. the parentals arrived. we had a fun couple days in nairobi. they experiencd the joy of kenyan family life. we said goodbye. i was sad. correction. i still am sad. i miss my host family like crazy already. i stayed in a nice hotel. i took a shower. i think the whole idea of that much water coming at me at once kinda threw me off guard a bit. but the good news is i got rid of the bed bugs. and am starting to look like a real person again. its weird. being back ...
