Bangkok is great when you are pregnant! Everybody is helpful, friendly, holds doors open for you, stands up for you on the metro. That's only the women though. The men are exactly as in Europe: pretending not to see you and probably thinking to themselves 'she got herself into that situation, now let her deal with it'. Still it is amazing! Every time I got on the tube someone will already have jumped up and offered me their seat! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
The trip to the floating Market this morning was less than memorable though. Except for the unexpected breakfast at a delicious little road side kitchen. After a 6:30 pickup the tour-guide really just wanted to let us wait in the bus while she went off for brekkie. I followed her and got a yummy omelette filled with pork and glass noodles.
The floating Market itself is an hour outside Bangkok and by the time we got there after lots of waiting by 9:20 all the original Market had packed up and only the tourist stands selling souvenirs were out. Rather disappointing
