seasons greetings from Sydney. I'm absolutely loving this place especially now 6 of us have moved into a 24th floor flat in Bondi . I'm waking up each morning with perfect view's out to Sydney, the Harbour Bridge, and Bondi Beach !! when i get fed up with looking at that it's off down stairs for a jacuzzi and steam room before a swim in the pool . Gutted we've got to move out on the 3rd, but it's been good to have a bit of luxury for christmas and new year . Done virtually all the touristy things now in Sydney. Even went to the beach where they film Home and Away . And went to watch Dr Karl from Neighbours. Spent a good few days at the beach but each time i go i keep getting sunburnt, don't think i've quite mastered how to use suncream yet !

Spent christmas day nursing a hangover and playing with my new lego (a present from the Mafia). Had a great christmas dinner, consisting of a beef burger and a crisp sandwich. Boxing day we all went to the horse racing at Randwick , which was free for backpackers. None of us new anything about aussie horses so we just sat on the grass and had a few cheeky drinks. There was a good few thousand there and nearly everyone was english or irish . Everyone was rat arsed , one of the best days yet !!!

Gonna get drinks in and have a bit of a party at the flat for new year, as you can see all the celebrations on the harbour and bondi from the balcony. which makes it much cheaper as everywhere is around 40 quid just to get in. Hope everyone's ok and has a great time back home. i'm off for a cheeky gin .
