we wake up at 6.30 and leave the house at 7.30 for the snow. We go to chamonix which is 2 and a half hour drive. We then caught a train up the mountain next to Mont Blanc to go to the sea of ice which had frozen. Amazing- nothing like it in Melbourne. Then ate lunch in chamonix and drove to our hotel which is literally in the mountains. Took plastic things and did the lounge down the mountains of snow. Went back and had dinner. We also are a cake the Flo made that is tradition and there is a toy hidden inside and whoever gets the piece with the toy becomes king or queen and choses their partner
