Hello from sunny Thailand!

We have arrived in Ko Phangan, one of the small islands after a hideous long bus journey here! The island consists of beaches, bright blue sea and palm trees with hammocks - we are so stressed! What to do next!?

Our beach bungalow resembles a cardboard box, big enough for a bed and erm thats about it! The bathroom is what one could describe as disgusting! We have forgotten what warm power showers are! Oh well we can't complain!

On friday night we went to a beach party with a big group of people from our bunglow resort. There were fire throwers, drinking games etc - was fab. Over here single shots of vodka do not exist! We asked for a vodka and lemonade and got given a beach bucket rammed with vodka vodka vodka and a splash of lemonade about 5 straws!! One is enough for the whole night!

Went to the black moon party last night which was crap! Set off at 11.30pm as that is wen it gets going, we were back home for 1am! We literally walked in and then back out again! It was blasting out trance music and full of druggies! Not our scene. Best thing about the night was the taxi back - on the back of a scooter. Kim made Megan sit in the middle so she had to squash really tightly against the taxi driver - how embarassing!!

We are chilling most days by the beach trying not to get sunburnt! Off to a different island on thursday. We here it has been snowing in england!? How different could it be to here!? Thanks for all the messages guys.
