After a leisurely breakfast and a farewell to Robyn, Don, and Lexi we headed off on the M1 to Edinburgh. We had a relatively smooth run along the M1 even though I felt carsick from navigating. We changed freeways and roads until we stopped at the biggest services I have ever seen! After a quick stop we headed back on to the road towards Hadrians wall and Corbridge. We played a game of tip at the old ruins of Corbridge and there were plenty of useful hiding places that the ruins offered.

After visiting Corbridge Roman village ruins we headed for he Hadrians wall. We also had a lovely time exploring the fortress and wall before heading onto the A 68 to Edinburgh. The rain and cold greeted our arrival in Edinburgh. We are staying about a mile from Princess street in 2 bedroom apartment which meets mums approval.
