We drove up to see Carl and Kathy in Spring Hill before we caught an afternoon flight home. Carl did not feel well enough to come down to the party at Shawn's. He looked good and was waiting for us at the driveway. It was so good to see him. Little did I know it would be the last time I would see him until the day he passed away. Love you Bro!

We disembarked and took the Princess shuttle to the airport where we caught a flight to Tampa. That afternoon Shawn threw a party for us and invited all the Florida family and also her friends that I had met there. It was a great afternoon.

We got up, had breakfast and went for a walk. It was still cloudy but the rain had stopped. We took the first hotel shuttle to the ship. Check in and boarding were easy and we were quickly in the room. This was our first experience with an inside cabin, and we were surprised how much we liked it.
