We woke up this morning after a long sleep. Shivani was feeling a bit better but was lacking energy. We lay in bed in the morning and watched tv.

Afterwards I got up and went to do some laundry and book our tour to the salt flats. I got it all sorted and then went for some brunch at a Cuban restaurant. I had a good sandwich and glass of fresh lemonade.

I then went for a walk around the markets. There were lots of different streets packed with all different stalls. Each street had its own theme, with the wedding dress and cake street being most interesting.

I then came back to the room and Shivani was relaxing watching tv. She seemed a bit better but still had no energy. She watched tv while I read up on Chile and booked a hostel in San Pedro which would be our stop after the salt flats.

Luke and Ellie then arrived and came up to see us. Ellie had been sick like Shivani but had recovered using her homeopathic medicine. She gave Shivani some to try but it seemed to make her worse. Ellie also went to the shops and bought Shivani some soup and made it for her. This was really nice and Shivani ate some which I hoped would make her better.

I then went for dinner with Luke and Ellie to Angelo Colonial which had nice decor. We all had the lama steak which was quite nice. We chatted about our journeys and had a couple of drinks. Luke and Ellie had had quite some adventures and met some interesting people too.

We then came back to the hostel. Shivani wasn't feeling good and was now pretty fed up. I went down to tell Ellie how Shivani was and she gave me some more medicine. I said my goodbyes to them as they were off to the rain forest on the morning. I then came back upstairs and went to sleep.
