Oslo Sentral Station is fairly busy late evening and of course it's still light here until past 10.30 pm during the summer. It's always something special getting a night train. I'd booked the 11.25 pm to Bergen. You pick up your room key for Sove (sleeping compartments) from the onboard cafe around 20-30 minutes before departure.
