Seven days to visit Disneyland, California Adventure and Universal Studios. We have a three day pass for Disney and California Adventure with our City Pass.

Day one at Disney we were there from 10am to 10pm- it was a very full day but we had so much fun. Our favourite rides were Splash mountain, Thunder Railroad, Star Tours and Space Mountain. We didn't have to wait too long at all for the rides. Phoebe and Jane loved the Haunted Mansion. We got fast pass tickets for Indiana Jones ride- we all screamed when the huge boulder came towards us.

Day 2 at Disney was an epic 16 hours with a small break at the hotel in the afternoon. We went on nearly every ride- the tower of Terror was terrifying and we got front row for space mountian. We stayed for the fireworks and Will said that this was the best holiday ever. The fireworks are over the Disney castle.

After two days seeing everything Disney we decided to have a break. Will and Scotty visited the Vans Skate Park twice. Unfortunately Will couldn't use the $300 scooter but he soon was practising skills on the skateboard. Every afternoon there are pro skaters there who are happy to ride with the kids.

Phoebe and Jane went shopping- again! Phoebe discovered Hot Topic and went a bit crazy with 5 SOS tee shirts!

We found a fantastic resturant called Ted's. Everyone that worked and ate there were Mexican and Ted's wife taught us the menu in spanish. The tacos were amazing but Will loved the burgers. Phoebe couldn't fininsh her dinner each night - we had to take it home with us.

We visited Huntington Beach to see if their beaches are as good as ours! The water was freezing!! but we did love how everyone rides their bikes, segways, skateboards and rollerblades and plays music. There were also lots of organised games on the beach- volleyball and soccer.

We went to Universal Studios with our City pass. It was about 45 minutes away from our hotel but on the drive there we saw the Hollywood sign and lots of other sights such as Sunset Blvd and the Capitol Records building. We all loved Universal Studios. We did the back lot tour and saw King Kong, Jaws, an earthquake and a flood. the rides were fantastic. Phoebe's favourite was Jurrasic Park and Will loved the Mummy and Minions rush. Jane loved the Simpsons and both Scotty and Jane thought the Transformers ride was great. We had a brush with a clelbrity at Universal Studios- Jane and Phoebe have sat on the same seat as Snoop Dogg on the Mummy ride. He was getting off as we were getting on!

The next day saw us back at Disneyland and california Adventure. In the three days since we were there last it had suddely become incredibly busy. We spent the day going on a few rides that we hadn't gone on yet and trying to get back on a few favourite ones. We all voted California Screaming as the best ride there- a huge roller Coster with a loop and lots of huge drops. Jane lost her voice becasue she screamed so much!!!
