Beautiful ride in the morning, but got a little toasty towards Davenport! Mostly farm fields for scenery. Didn't stop to take any pictures - too hot!

Found a really cool reastuant in town called the Machine Shed when I pulled into town. It's a huge restaurant with a gift shop with farm-style decorating stuff. Had a great BBQ sandwich and salad bar with another slice of coconut cream pie for dessert!

Super-nice hotel room at the Comfort Inn. Up early tomorrow and hopefully on the road by 0600 hours to heat HOME! Long riding day - 550 miles!
